The Stables Weekly Update 10th August 2026

RACING  -

BROADWAY FOLLIES will be nominated for Sunday, at Wyong in a BM64 over 1350m.

CUESTA was disappointing on Saturday at Kembla. Jumping well from a mid field gate, she was positioned perfectly by jockey, Jett Newman, to lead, then sit behind speed. Raced up to challenge for the lead on the turn, only to be run down to finish 5^th.

SMART CRY has been nominated for  Doomben on Saturday, in a Class 3 over 1350m.

STABLE CHATTER  -

REAL BAKER is midway through his spell and plans are for him to return to pre training early September.

REAL MAGICAL is coming to the end of pre training, and is due to return to Bjorn’s stables, at Warwick Farm this week.  SHARE AVAILABLE

RESCORE is enjoying her let up at Silverdale Farm where she will spell for a further 5 weeks. Is doing particularly well.  

FOXGLOVE has settled in back at Lime County Farm where she will agist for 6-8 weeks. SHARE AVAILABLE 

DECIMATE is into her 2^nd week of her spell, has settled in well and will continue to agist for approx. another 4-6 weeks.   

AIQUILLE ROUGE is coming up to the midpoint of his spell, and will come back into work late August/early September.      

LADY SOUSAI arrived into Bjorn’s stables last week and has settled in well, eating well and taking the daily work in her stride.   

The TRAPEZE ARTIST/SECRET VENTURE filly has arrived in Mark’s Cranbourne stables. A nice big filly, she has settled in well.
