RACING

CUESTA backed up from her run at Orange on Tuesday, 30th Dec, to contest a Class 1 Hcp at Gosford, over 1600m,on Friday. As is her norm, she drew poorly, and in small field, was forced to be used up to find a spot outside the leader in the run. Had trouble with the corner into the straight, taking about 25 - 30m before balancing up, being strong to the line to be beaten a neck for 2nd.

TRIAL

SMART CRY has come through her first trial in good style, and will have another towards the end of the month, before going onto a race early Feb, all going to plan.

STABLE CHATTER

PICK UP THE TAB has had his stitches removed, and is back in work. Bjorn is looking to bring him back into Warwick Farm late this week/early next.

REAL BAKER has arrived back into Warwick Farm in great order, having filled out and put on nice condition.

BROADWAY FOLLIES is in pre training, and is thriving in her return to work. In a change of plans, the spelling farm will knock the edges of her, before transferring to trainer, Kristen Buchanan, at Wyong.

FOXGLOVE has come through her surgery well, and has been returned to her breeder/owner’s property to recuperate. Will agist for a further 2+ months.

TIGER OF MALAY filly will continue to agist for a further 3 weeks with pre training to commence early February.

RESCORE will have another “stretch of the legs” on Wednesday, at Warwick Farm, as a lead up to jumpout/trialling early/mid February.
