The Stables Weekly Update 15th December 2025

RACING

CUESTA has come through her Newcastle run in good style, and  Bjorn will look to step her up in trip for her next run, possibly Gosford, in a Class 1 over 1600M, on Sunday, 28^th December. 

STABLE CHATTER

PICK UP THE TAB is into his fourth week of pre training, and Bjorn plans for another 2-3, before bringing him into Warwick Farm.

REAL BAKER is into his third week of  pre training, with a return to Warwick Farm early/mid January on the cards.

SMART CRY has  settled back into Jason’s well, is eating up and pleasing with her attitude around the stables.  

BROADWAY FOLLIES has done very well, and is in the last throes of her injury enforced spell. She will commence work with new trainer, Kristen Buchanan. at Wyong, in the first week of January.  

FOXGLOVE has come through her surgery well, and has been returned to her breeder/owner’s property to recuperate. Will agist for a further 3 months.

TIGER OF MALAY filly has come to the end of her first educational look at stable life. Had a strong gallop on the course proper on Wednesday, and having done enough this time in, has gone for a break.    

SNITZEL/SCORE filly is coming to the end of her pre training, and Bjorn is looking to bring her into his stables early January.
