The Stables Weekly Update 6th April 2026

RACING

PICK UP THE TAB was ridden quietly from the bad gate, at Warwick Farm, last Wednesday, finishing off well in the straight , over the unsuitable 1200m. Will be stepped up in trip for his next run. 

REAL BAKER will be nominated for Orange, Friday 17^th April, in a Showcase Class 1, over 1400m.        

STABLE CHATTER

RESCORE is approx. ½ way through her pre- training, looking to come into Warwick Farm, late Apr/early May.  

BROADWAY FOLLIES has been eased in her work as she is again suffering soreness behind. Vet investigating.     

FOXGLOVE pulled up shin sore from her grass gallop, at Warwick Farm, on Wednesday, and has gone for a spell.  

REAL MAGICAL has fitted into Warwick Farm well. Has commenced strong work, building her up for a jump out, later in month/early next.     

DECIMATE is coming to the end of her breaking in, and may come into Jason’s for an educational week, later in the month.  

The BETTER THAN READY/TAVI L’ARMOUR colt has had his first day under saddle and handled himself very well. Will have a couple more weeks of education, before heading out to the paddock. 

SMART CRY is midway through her break and doing nicely.

CUESTA arrived back into Bjorn’s stables last Thursday, in great order. Has settled back into stable return without turning a hair.  

The BRUTAL/HOTTENTOTTA filly will shortly come back into the breaker to complete her early education. SHARE AVAILABLE
