The Stables Weekly Update 6th July 2026

RACING  -

BROADWAY FOLLIES was scratched from Wyong on Saturday, as presented lame when being taken from her box, to be walked to the track. Has been nominated for Saturday, at Newcastle, in BM 64 Hcp’s over 1300m.

CUESTA has come through her run at Wyong in good order, and will be again be nominated to race in approximately 2 weeks’ time.

REAL BAKER has gone for a break, clearly not enjoying racing on rain affected tracks.

TRIALS -

SMART CRY will trial again tomorrow, at Warwick Farm over 800m. all going to plan should have a start later in the month.        

STABLE CHATTER  -

REAL MAGICAL is doing well in the paddock and Bjorn is looking to bring her back into pre training next week.

RESCORE has settled in well at Silverdale Farm where she will spell for approx. 3 months, allowing her to naturally recover from growing issues.   

FOXGLOVE has settled in well and plans are for her to have a jump out late July.   

DECIMATE has settled in well back with Jason with a jumpout/trial mid/late August, on the cards.  

The BETTER THAN READY/TAVI L’ARMOUR colt is coming towards the end of his stint in Jack’s stables. Will shortly go back to the paddock to develop further.      

LADY SOUSAI (BRUTAL/HOTTENTOTTA filly) is down to commence pre training shortly, having completed a short stint in the paddock after completing her early education.    

The TRAPEZE ARTIST/SECRET VENTURE filly is coming to the end of her breaking in and will shortly be floated to Mark’s Cranbourne stables. SHARE AVAILABLE
