RACING
SMART CRY has come through her interrupted Kembla run well, and has had an easy week on the track since then. Jason will look to nominate this week, for next, at either Nowra 16/3 or Hawkesbury 17/3.
TRIALS/JUMP OUTS
PICK UP THE TAB trialled nicely, at Randwick, last Thursday, over 1050m, with Regan Bayliss in the saddle. Jumped well from an outside gate, Regan took him forward to sit 3 wide, just off the speed. Straightening up, PICK UP THE TAB ran home strongly, to finish 3rd, in what was another strong heat. Will have a jump out on Thursday to top off his preparation to ready him for his first start this preparation.
REAL BAKER will have his 2nd trial this preparation, at Rosehill, tomorrow, over 1050m. He has come through his first trial well, and, all going to plan, we should see him be ready to go to the races later in the month.
STABLE CHATTER
RESCORE is midway through her spell ,will agist for a further 2-3 weeks, before commencing pre training, later this month/early next.
BROADWAY FOLLIES is pleasing new trainer Kristen Buchanan as she continues her slow build up, fitness wise. On current progress, we would hope to be looking at a jumpout, then trial, early/mid April, all going to plan.
FOXGLOVE will have a gallop on the grass at Warwick Farm, on Wednesday. Doing everything right, eating up, and enjoying her time in the stables.
REAL MAGICAL is due into Warwick Farm this week, having come to the end of her pre training, where she continued to improve the more she was worked.
The IN THE CONGO/ VICTIMS filly is into her early education, which will continue for a further 4 – 5 weeks.
The BETTER THAN READY/TAVI L’ARMOUR colt is due to commence breaking in this week.
CUESTA continues to do well, and will commence pre training this week. Will have approx. 4 weeks before coming into Warwick Farm.
