Weekly Report 15th June 2026

CUESTA has been nominated for Kembla Grange on Saturday, in a Class 1 Hcp, over 1200m. A 5yo mare who has had 11 starts, and never finished further back than 5^th, she will be competitive, whilst taking benefit from the run.

REAL BAKER and BROADWAY FOLLIES both finished 4^th in the runs last week, with BROADWAY FOLLIES putting in an eye catcher, in her first run in 12 months. Well ridden by apprentice Olivia Chambers, and turned out a treat by Kristen Buchanan, BROADWAY FOLLIES was slow into stride and didn’t tack on until the 700m. Last at the 400m, she was taken wide to make her run, making up at least 6-8 lengths in the run to the line, beaten just on a length.

REAL BAKER jumped well, but had to work a touch harder than we would have liked, to lead. Lead them up but found wanting the final 50m . Probably didn’t see out the 1400, with a strong 1300m her go at the moment.

FOXGLOVE due into Warwick Farm this week, with DECIMATE due back into Jason Coyle’s stables towards the end of the month.
