REAL BAKER was disadvantaged by the heavy track at Canterbury last Wednesday, leading them up into the straight but when asked to lengthen, in the run to the post, was unable to gather momentum, struggling in the ground. He will be nominated for late next week, hopefully, with a drier track on offer.

BROADWAY FOLLIES did not trial last week owing to the state of the track, at Wyong. She has been nominated to have her second trial, on Wednesday, at Newcastle.

CUESTA had her first trial this preparation, this morning at Hawkesbury, over 800m. Finishing off nicely to run 3rd, on a Soft 7 which was showing wear and tear from 10 earlier trials, jockey, Olivia Chambers said” pleased with trial. Did not handle chopped up ground but was good through the line. Will take much benefit from hit out”.

RESCORE looks likely to be next to trial, with Warwick Farm Tuesday week, looking likely.

Have a great week.
