Weekly Report 20th July 2026

CUESTA was a good winner at Kembla last Thursday, when well ridden by Zac Lloyd, being strong over the last 100m. Jumping well from the inside gate, Zac positioned her just behind the speed, challenged on the corner, and relished the step up in trip to 1300m. Will be nominated next week, possibly stepping up again to 1550m.

SMART CRY was good first up at Rosehill, finishing 4^TH in the Midway on Saturday. Checked at the 1100m mark, she was awkwardly placed only seeing daylight late in the straight.  Worked well to the line, to just miss paying a dividend. Will be nominated for Saturday, 1^st August, at Rosehill.

BROADWAY FOLLIES has been nominated for Muswellbrook on Sunday. Has come through her luckless run well from Newcastle and has trained nicely since.

LADY SOUSAI and REAL MAGICAL have returned to pretraining and will shortly come into Warwick Farm.
