REAL BAKER will don silks, weather permitting, on Wednesday, at Canterbury Park, over 1250m. On a rain affected track, currently rated a Heavy 8 (not his preferred surface), he has drawn barrier 2, in a field of 11, and will be ridden by Rachel King.

REAL MAGICAL was a touch slow away in her trial at Rosehill, last Friday, settling back in the field. Taken wide on the corner, she finished off nicely to run the winner to just over 2 lengths. Jockey, Regan Bayliss, was pleased with her improvement from her first trial, noting “she has improved since her first outing, will be a nice filly next preparation, as she needs to strengthen some more”. Bjorn has completed her early education and has sent her for a 6-8 week let up.

CUESTA jumped out last week and Bjorn has her down to trial at Hawkesbury, next Monday.

BROADWAY FOLLIES will have another easy trial tomorrow, at Wyong, with trainer Kristen Buchanan, not wanting to knock her around on a heavy track.

A 5% share has become available, as she is readied for a race start following the trial. BROADWAY FOLLIES has returned from a successful fetlock operation having  a record to date of 8 starts for 2 wins, 3 seconds and 1 third. Share may be broken up into 2.5%’s or remain as a 5% share. If interested, please email me.

We are in discussions with SILVERDALE FARM, breeder of RESCORE, to join with them and lease part of a TRAPEZE ARTIST filly (Lot 74 Easter Inglis Sale – passed in $200,000), which will be trained by MARK WALKER at Cranbourne. Pedigree attached. If you would like to see full details, please email me.

Have a great week.
