SMART CRY came within a whisker at Gosford on Friday, in her first outing over 1600m. Jumped well to sit midfield, she gave the leaders 5 lengths on the corner, balanced up and charged late, lunging on the line to just miss to finish 2nd.

 

BROADWAY FOLLIES also stepped up in trip to 1400m at Taree. Racing off the speed in a truly run race, she was strong to the line to run 3rd. Jockey said on dismounting “good effort, would step her up to 1600m next start”.

 

REAL BAKER , RESCORE and DECIMATE commenced pre training this morning, with AIGUILLE ROUGE down to commence this week. The TRAPEZE ARTIST filly is on track to have a jump and run over 400m Friday 11th Sept.
