Weekly Report 8th June 2026

REAL BAKER and BROADWAY FOLLIES will don silks this week, both with an each way chance, in competitive races.

REAL BAKER will start at Randwick, on Wednesday, over 1400m. Winona Costin, who won on him at Bathurst, will take the ride and from barrier 3, he should be prominent in the run. A drier track will allow him to put his best foot forward.

BROADWAY FOLLIES has come through her nice trial win at Wyong, in good order, and will line up at Gosford, over 1200m, on Thursday. Drawn a touch awkward in 7, of 12, she will take great benefit from her first run since nearly a year ago, at Randwick. Apprentice, Olivia Chambers, who rode her in her trial win, will take 2kgs off bringing her weight down to 56kgs.

CUESTA will have her second trial at Randwick on Friday, over 1050m.

DECIMATE and the BETTER THAN READY colt have returned to pre training, with FOXGLOVE likely to return to Warwick Farm next week.

The TRAPEZE ARTIST/SECRET VENTURE filly is coming to the end of her breaking in process, and will shortly head down to Mark Walker, at Cranbourne. SHARE AVAILABLE.

Have a top week.
