Weekly Report 9th March 2026

SMART CRY had an interrupted run at Kembla with the Stewards noting “on jumping was bumped by Shangri La Impact, which shifted in. Near the 100m was steadied when crowded between Mah Ali and Southern Sky, which was carried out by Exceed Perfection. Was unable to be tested over the final 50m when awkwardly placed between Mah Ali and Southern Sky”. Looking forward, trainer Jason Coyle, will nominate her this week for next  Monday, at Nowra, over 1400m and Hawkesbury, next Tuesday, over 1500m.

PICK UP THE TAB trialled well again against Open Class horsed finishing 3^rd over 1050m, at Randwick last Thursday. Will have a jump out at Warwick Farm on Thursday, then all going well, off to the races to commence this preparation.

REAL BAKER will trial tomorrow, at Rosehill, back in his own grade, with Rachel King to ride, over 1050m.

REAL MAGICAL will come into Warwick Farm this week, with CUESTA commencing pre training during the week.

The BETTER THAN READY Colt is due to commence breaking in this week.
