RACING
SMART CRY put up a strong performance at Kembla, on Thursday, blousing them late, coming from well back on the corner. Possible next start at either Hawkesbury, in a Midway Class 1 over 1100m, on Thursday 21/8, or Newcastle Tuesday, 26/8 in a Midway Class 1, over 1250m.
TORQUIN is accepted to start tomorrow, at Muswellbrook, weather permitting, in a 1500m Maiden.
STABLE CHATTER
BROADWAY FOLLIES is half way through her box rest and will be moved into a small yard, later in month/early next.
CUESTA is due to commence pre training this week having appreciated her spell.
REAL BAKER is doing everything right, as Bjorn steps up his work, looking to ready him for a trial early September.
PIERROPLANE has had one week of pre training, has settled in well back in work. Will be looking for him to come into Warwick Farm, late August/early September.
PICK UP THE TAB is into his third week of pre training, going nicely with Bjorn looking to give him a further 3, with a return to Warwick Farm planned for early September.
GOLDANE has had 3 weeks of pre training, pleasing with her work, and Bjorn will look to give her another 3 - 4 weeks, before returning to Warwick Farm.
HOME AFFAIRS/ORCHIDIA filly is coming to the end of her pre training, with Bjorn in 2 minds whether to give her a break now for the Spring, or bring her into Warwick Farm, early September, for a quick look at stable life.
TIGER OF MALAY filly is into her 2nd week of pre training, is eating and working well, with a first look at Warwick Farm, planned for mid/late September.
