CUESTA was good at Wyong, over 1200m, on Sunday, forced wide on the turn to the straight, before hitting the front midway in the run to the judge, to finish 3rd.
BROADWAY FOLLIES was strong to the line at Wyong, coming from well back in the field to also run 3rd.
TRIALS/JUMP OUTS
PIERROPLANE trialled at Rosehill, on Friday, in a performance that said “I have had enough this preparation” and has gone to the paddock for a 6 – 8 week break.
TORQUIN seemed to struggle in the going at Rosehill, last Friday. Has come through well, and will be nominated this week, to have her first run this preparation, the following week.
SMART CRY trialled this morning, at Warwick Farm, over 790m. Jumped on speed, was a touch keen early until had cover. Not asked for a lot and went to line well.
STABLE CHATTER
PICK UP THE TAB has gone to the paddock, after displaying his antics at track work again, not wanting to go onto the track/go through the tunnel etc.
GOLDANE is down to commence pre training mid/late July, as she moves towards completing her recovery.
GONE TO VEGA had regressed from her early days back in the stable. Was not eating, losing condition, and quite stressed. In discussion with Bjorn and vet, it was

HOME AFFAIRS/ORCHIDIA filly is into her post early education break, and will spell form another 4+ weeks, before commencing pre training mid/late July.
