RACING
SMART CRY has been nominated this week for Kembla Grange, on Thursday, 17 July, in a 3yo Midway Maiden, over 1200m, and will be nominated tomorrow, for Hawkesbury, on Sunday, as well.
TORQUIN has settled in well, at Quirindi, and Geoff will look to step her up in distance to 1516m, at Inverell, for her first run with him, on Friday 25th July.
STABLE CHATTER
BROADWAY FOLLIES continues box rest after coming through surgery well. Will be moved into a small yard, later in month/early next.
CUESTA is mid way through her spell, with Bjorn looking to give her 3 – 4 weeks more, before commencing pre training, mid August.
REAL BAKER has settled in well back at Warwick Farm, and after an easy week, Bjorn will begin to step up his work.
PIERROPLANE has had 5 weeks in the paddock, with Bjorn looking give him 2 more, then commencing pre training with him, week beginning Monday, 28 July.
PICK UP THE TAB will commence pre training today. He will have approx 6-8 weeks pre training, before coming back into Warwick Farm.
GOLDANE will commence pre training today, having come to the end of her spell. Bjorn plans to give her a slow build up, with 5 – 6 weeks in pre training, before coming into Warwick Farm.
HOME AFFAIRS/ORCHIDIA filly has commenced pre training, with a planned 3 – 4 weeks more with the pre trainer, before coming into Warwick Farm.
TIGER OF MALAY filly will commence pre training next week, with Bjorn looking for her to come into Warwick Farm mid/late August.
