RACING
SMART CRY will be nominated later this week for Kembla Grange, on Thursday, 17 July, in a 3yo Midway Maiden, over 1200m. She has been given an easy time since her debut.
TORQUIN has been transferred to our Country trainer, Geoff O’Brien, at Quirindi, following her run, at Mudgee, on a track more in common with a cow paddock, rather than a race track.
STABLE CHATTER
BROADWAY FOLLIES is currently undergoing box rest following surgery last week. Will be moved into a small yard later in month/early next.
CUESTA is coming up to the mid way point of her spell, with Bjorn looking to bring her back into pre training, mid August.
REAL BAKER arrived back at Warwick Farm, on Tuesday, a more mature, stronger version of himself.
PIERROPLANE has had 4 weeks in the paddock, and Bjorn is looking to commence pre training with him, late July/early August.
PICK UP THE TAB will have another week in the paddock, commencing pre training next Monday. He will have approx 6 weeks with the pre trainer, before coming back into Warwick Farm.
GOLDANE is down to commence pre training shortly, having come to the end of her spell. Bjorn plans to give her a slow build up following her long layoff.
HOME AFFAIRS/ORCHIDIA filly has commenced pre training, with a planned 3 – 4 weeks work with the pre trainer, before coming into Warwick Farm.
TIGER OF MALAY filly is coming to the end of her break, and will shortly commence pre training.
